Developer & operator controls: scope feature flags per environment and tenant, and switch the active practice.
🚩 Feature flags
Default applies everywhere. Per-environment and per-tenant overrides win over it (tenant > environment > default). Leave a cell blank to inherit.
Overrides for the selected tenant only. These beat the environment columns above.
🏢 Tenants
The active tenant drives letterhead, signers, branding, and per-tenant flags across every module. Demo-ring practices only.
👥 Users
Every account in the database, newest first. Edit a user, or delete one to free its email for re-use (removes its account + own practice, never a shared demo tenant).
